This is your chance to learn the basics of ballet technique, get in shape, and have fun.
This 9-class workshop meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday and is intended to give first-time dancers the extra attention they need focusing on proper alignment, learning ballet vocabulary and class structure, and building strength to get them ready for the Beginner Ballet class.
This class is a continuation of Ballet 101.

This class is also great for the dancers that need a refresher and get back to their basics.
We created this class for students to continue their developing knowledge of ballet with slow and thorough exercises to ensure a better understanding of proper body placement and positioning. Exercises include work at the barre and center.
This class requires a basic knowledge of ballet technique: correct posture, body positioning, and balance on one foot. The training picks up in speed, more center work is added.
