Kirova instructors and administrators were able to establish a balanced approach between rigorous and demanding ballet practice rooted in Russian Vaganova school of ballet and compassionate care for students. Outstanding instructors, devoted administrators, attractive dance rooms, and very individualized program and approach to students.
